April attended Kaplan University earning a B.S. in Child Psychology and an M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). While earning her M.S., she worked as a behavior specialist for the Community Services Board (CSB). April worked as a behavior assistant from 2012-2014 when she became a BCBA. April resides in Deltaville, Virginia with her husband and three children.
