Joseph Clem has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2016 and is licensed to practice behavior analysis in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He earned a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Special Education from George Mason University. Joseph has been working with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 2011. He is excited to be working toward providing meaningful outcomes.
Joseph is an At-Large Board Member and Membership Committee Chair in the District of Columbia Association for Behavior Analysis, a Full Member in the Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis, a Chapter Adjunct Member in the Association for Behavior Analysis International, and an Affiliate Member in the Association for Professional Behavior Analysts.
Leah Maddox was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from George Mason University in 2015 and went on to complete her M.Ed. in Special Education and certification in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018. Leah is currently enrolled at The Chicago School for her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis. She started working with ABC Behavior as a behavior technician in 2017 and is now serving as Co-Director of the Manassas Branch with BCBA Joseph Clem.
Leah is heavily-involved in helping to develop ABA methods in Fuzhou, China but works with other BCBA’s part-time to serve our Manassas Office.
