Stephanie Maddox, BCBA, LBA, Director
Mrs. Stephanie Maddox is a Board Certified/Licensed Behavior Analyst who holds a Master of Science in Counseling from NOVA Southeastern University specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis. She received training in the education and treatment of individuals with autism spectrum disorders at the Aurora School in Leesburg, Va., where she served as an ABA therapist. She has worked as a teacher for students with autism in Prince William County Schools. Stephanie is a member of Association of Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).
David Maddox, J.D., Director, SpEd Advocate
David assists in organizational development, personnel management, and oversees Special Education Advocacy for ABC Behavior. His approach to advocacy prioritizes problem-solving and healthy relationships. David has a long history of business development and holds a Juris Doctorate from Oak Brook College of Law.
Thomas Fremont, Human Resources Director
Tom has eight years' experience in Navy flight operations providing standardization and training. He was a Mission Commander, Fleet Instructor, and Standardization Evaluator for a aviation Task Force. In 2016, he visited a Special Needs Children’s Home in China. He then decided to pursue serving BCBAs and RBTs in their life-changing work of families with special needs children through the skills he learned in the Navy. His experience in operations and systems development makes him a highly valuable addition to our administrative team.
