Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA/BCaBA)

ABC Behavior is seeking dedicated BCBA and BCaBA professionals to join our Centerville, VA clinical team. This is a full-time, on-site position working with children and young adults aged 2–20 in homes, schools, and community settings.

You’ll lead treatment planning, supervise Behavior Technicians, and deliver parent training, all while being supported by a strong clinical leadership team.

Program Highlight:

You’ll also be part of our “Mind the Academic Gap” initiative, which equips future BCBAs with real-world training beyond the traditional classroom model.

Key Attributes We’re Looking For:

Flexibility and strong self-motivation
Familiarity with Central Reach
Excellent communication and team collaboration

Experience in developing and executing treatment plans
Leadership in supervision and training

Position Details:

Behavior Technician Roles (RBT or Trainee)
