Christian Maddox

BS, COO

Christian Maddox is a seasoned business development leader, currently serving as the COO of ABC Behavior. Christian collaborates closely with our Clinical Directors to expand and enhance ABA services across Virginia. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and brings 11 years of experience in managing a multi-million dollar business with hundreds of employees. Christian’s strategic vision and leadership continue to drive significant growth and excellence within ABC Behavior.

David Maddox

J.D., CEO

David Maddox is our co-founder and has served as our Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, since Hi-5 ABA, Inc.’s inception in 2018. Mr. Maddox has served as President and Director for our affiliate, ABC Behavior, since its founding in 2014 and for the corporation of which it is a division, Cornerstone Missions, Inc., which he founded in 2003. Mr. Maddox is also a founder, Director, and CEO of our affiliate, Hi-5 Processing, Inc., since its inception in 2018.

Brooke Fay

Clinic Director

Brooke is the Clinic Director at ABC Behavior in Warrenton, VA, and the National Clinic Director for Hi-5 ABA, a nationwide ABA franchising company. She has over 10 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and more than 17 years working with children and adults with disabilities, including in middle and high school special education. Brooke earned both her B.S. and M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of Maryland. With a background as a teacher, direct therapist, BCBA, senior BCBA, and Clinical Director across school, home, and clinic settings.

Annie Maddox

Director of Community Relations

Annie Maddox is the Director of Community Relations at ABC Behavior, where she bridges the gap between new families and lasting community partnerships. With over 10 years of experience in community-facing roles, Annie believes that every great partnership begins with a personal relationship built on trust and care. She works closely with local organizations, schools, and service providers to create a strong network of support for ABC families, and she plays a key role in welcoming newcomers to the clinic. What Annie loves most about working at ABC is being part of a team that celebrates meaningful milestones—like first words or first jobs—and having the opportunity to help families feel seen, supported, and surrounded by a caring community. Bobbi Jean Oakes, MEd, BCBA, LBA

Assistant Clinical Director

Bobbi Jean Oakes is the Assistant Clinical Director at ABC Behavior, bringing over 11 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in ABA. Bobbi began her career as an undergraduate intern and has since worked in a variety of roles, including serving as a Special Education Teacher in Stafford and Prince William Counties, where she taught students with emotional disabilities and Autism (K–5).
What Bobbi enjoys most about her work is helping her patients find their voice—teaching children how to communicate and better access their wants and needs is what drives her every day.

Andrew McKillip, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director – ABC Behavior, Fairfax

Andrew serves as the Clinical Director at ABC Behavior’s Fairfax location, bringing both leadership and clinical expertise to the team. He holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wright State University, giving him a strong foundation in behavioral science and evidence-based intervention.Andrew began his journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2017 while working in a special education classroom, where he quickly found his passion for the field. Since becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), he has designed and implemented individualized behavior plans across school, clinic, and home settings—always with a focus on making a meaningful and lasting impact.

Anayeli Gómez

Assistant Administrator

Anayeli serves as the Assistant Administrator at ABC Behavior, where she supports day-to-day administrative tasks and provides valuable assistance to both the team and the families we serve. She brings experience from previous roles in the mental and behavioral health field, where she focused on streamlining office operations and offering strong team support. Ana is often on the front lines—ready to answer your calls, respond to your questions, and help guide you through the process of getting started with ABC Behavior. What Ana enjoys most about working at ABC Behavior is being part of a company so deeply committed to delivering high-quality care and helping individuals achieve meaningful progress in their treatment.
