Virginia Medicaid consists of several different Managing Care Organizations (MCOs). Most ABC Behavior offices are credentialed and accept each of these MCOs plus Humana Military. We also accept Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) private health insurance on an out-of-network basis along with self-pay clients.

• Anthem HealthKeepers

• Magellan Complete Care of Virginia

• Magellan of Virginia 

• Optima Health 

• Virginia Premier

• United Healthcare

• Charlottesville accepts Tricare

The only commercial insurance agency we work with at this time is Humana Military.

Self-pay clients have the greatest potential customization for their services, designed on a case-by-case basis between the parent/guardian and the BCBA.
