Christian Maddox is a seasoned business development leader, currently serving as the Director of ABC Behavior. Christian collaborates closely with our Clinical Directors to expand and enhance ABA services across Virginia. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and brings 11 years of experience in managing a multi-million dollar business with hundreds of employees. Christian’s strategic vision and leadership continue to drive significant growth and excellence within ABC Behavior.

Mary Senato

M.A, BCaBA, LaBA

Mary graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Central Washington University in 2018. After graduating, she decided to join the field of ABA. She returned to school and received her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University in 2020. Mary has diverse experience working within schools, clinics, homes, and community settings. 

Mary values cultivating fun and creative learning experiences for the clients, collaborating with families and other providers, and strives to empower her learners by remaining culturally relevant in all forms of teaching.

Annie Nguyen BCBA

Annie started working with children and teens with intellectual and developmental disabilities the summer before beginning at Radford University. While earning her Bachelor's degree, she continued to work with this population. After graduation, she started her Master's program and entered the world of ABA as an RBT. Annie has been in the field of ABA since 2016 and now has her M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University.

As a BCBA, Annie has continued to work with young children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities, as well as helping families learn about ABA.

Eva Thorpe

Eva has been working within the disability community since the day her younger brother with Down syndrome was born. She has been working in the field of ABA for seven years and received her Masters in Special Education from George Mason University. Within ABA, she focuses heavily on ethical practices and promoting self-advocacy skills in her clients. Outside of work, she founded and ran a non-profit community theater in Woodbridge that focuses on inclusion in the performing arts. She also enjoys taking her dog on hikes, costuming musicals, and trying to find the worst low-budget films on Amazon. .

Andrew McKillip

BCBA

Andrew is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He holds a Master's degree of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. He has worked with individuals ranging in age from 2 to 18 diagnosed with autism, developmental disabilities, social communication difficulties, and behavior disorders extensively in school, home, clinic, and community environments.

His goal is to help individuals increase meaningful relationships with others and improve personal independence within the home, school, and community utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. When not working, he enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
