Jana Johnson

Hi, I’m Jana (juh-nay) Johnson! I am a fairly new BCBA and have been practicing ABA for approximately four years providing in-home and clinic-based services as a Registered Behavior Technician. I am originally from Charlotte, NC, where I started my journey in ABA and fell in love with the field. I enjoy getting to know my clients and using silly and fun approaches to encourage learning. In my free time, I enjoy walking nature trails, playing sports, engaging in any water activity, and rocking out on my drum pad. I look forward to meeting you!

Eva Thorpe

Eva has been working within the disability community since the day her younger brother with Down syndrome was born. She has been working in the field of ABA for seven years and received her Masters in Special Education from George Mason University. Within ABA, she focuses heavily on ethical practices and promoting self-advocacy skills in her clients. Outside of work, she founded and ran a non-profit community theater in Woodbridge that focuses on inclusion in the performing arts. She also enjoys taking her dog on hikes, costuming musicals, and trying to find the worst low-budget films on Amazon.

Annie Nguyen BCBA

Annie started working with children and teens with intellectual and developmental disabilities the summer before beginning at Radford University. While earning her Bachelor's degree, she continued to work with this population. After graduation, she started her Master's program and entered the world of ABA as an RBT. Annie has been in the field of ABA since 2016 and now has her M.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University.

As a BCBA, Annie has continued to work with young children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities, as well as helping families learn about ABA.

Genesis Rodriguez Toro

Genesis is currently a student at George Mason University on the path to completing her undergraduate degree in Foreign Languages with a French concentration and a minor in Spanish and Global Affairs. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she was instilled with a powerful sense of community and wants to help others improve. It was while helping with translating for some multinational guests who were teaching at a summer dance intensive she was attending that she realized that she wanted to learn languages and help others be able to communicate with each other without barriers.

Now introduced to the world of ABA, she strives to help clients and provide translation services to Spanish-speaking parents/caregivers so they can receive the language accommodations they need to communicate their needs and concerns.
